On Dec. 19, Ashton's class at preschool had a Christmas party and exchanged gifts. Well, Ashton had to buy 2 gifts...both for his little girlfriend and fellow classmate, Macy. The actual gift was a Barbie doll but the very special gift that he insisted he must buy was nothing short of.... a ring! The week before the party while we were driving past Jared's Diamond Gallery, he exclaimed that he wanted to get Macy a ring. Well, Jared's is a little more costly than a 4 year old's piggy bank could afford, so we had to settle for.... Big Lots! He picked-out a pink, heart shaped ring that he said was perfect for Macy. We put the ring in a jewelry box and wrapped it up. He said that after she opened it he proclaimed his love to her! Oh, I'm going to be a mother-in-law at 31! Young love is so adorable!

How sweet, Ashton is adorable and so is his girl! Thinking of you and your family. We are getting ready to start the new bible study at church "Esther". We will sure miss Mrs. Debbie. Praying you are all hanging in there and for the Lord's continued comfort and peace.
