This week is Teacher Appreciation Week, so tomorrow at daycare, Ashton is supposed to bring something to express our gratitude for his teachers. At Ashton's request, I baked a cake. Now, Ashton specifically requested a choo choo cake, however I didn't think that was too appropriate, so here's what I came-up with.....
The cake is double chocolate fudge with fudge filling and topped with chocolate icing. Won't the teachers love me after the children eat this! I certainly hope it tastes as heavenly as it smells.
